Report your move to or within Wageningen
Are you moving to or within Wageningen? Report your move quickly and easily online. This can be done from 4 weeks prior to, and no later than 5 days after your move. Are you moving from Wageningen to another municipality? If so, please inform your new municipality of your move.
You must first pre-register and then use the link provided by the university to register for the registration days on campus.
Are you from abroad?
If you are a foreign student at WUR and this is your first time in the Netherlands, please read the email you received from the university carefully. You can do a pre-registration before you come to our desk. Before coming to the town hall
A copy of a valid passport or identity card of the principal occupant.
Everyone over 16 years of age for themselves.
Spouses or registered partners for each other, if you are going to live at the same new address.
Parents, guardians or caretakers of children younger than 16.
Parents and their adult children for each other if you are going to live at the same new address.
Trustee for someone who has been placed under guardianship.
You can also report a change of address in person at the town hall. To do so, make an appointment at the Civil Affairs desk. Please bring with you:
your passport or identity card
a purchase or rental contract
Are you going to live with someone else? Download and complete the form Permission to register at the address (pdf). Take this form with you to your appointment. Also bring a copy of a valid passport or identity card of the principal resident.
Inform your new municipality of the move. You will then be automatically deregistered from the municipality of Wageningen. You do not have to report this separately.
Check your rental contract to see if you have a private room. If you do not have a private room, you do not need to enter a room number.
If you do have a private room, enter the room number.
