Registering a birth
You must report the birth of your child to the municipality. You do this by registering the birth. You can register the birth in person in the municipality where your baby was born. In Wageningen you have to register in person at the town hall. To do so, make an appointment online at the Civil Affairs desk. You must register the birth within three days of the birth. The day of birth itself does not count. The father or mother can register the child.
