Museum 'De Casteelse Poort'
Since 1988 is museum
'De Casteelse Poort' located on the site where the old
castle of Wageningen was situated. One can still take a look at the
remainders of the old gatehouse in the basement of the museum. In
the museum are often temporary expositions, aside from the regular
exhibitions. For

Sculpture gallery 'Het Depot'
Foundation 'Het Depot' supports torso and fragment-based sculptors. Its primary aim is to promote opportunities for development among individual artists. Gallery Wit presents contemporary art of both emerging and established artists, mainly from the Netherlands. Bliss Art
Bliss art has the largest
collection of opal jewellery in Europe. The opal is a lucky
stone which symbolises love, hope and loyalty. Bliss art shows

Organisations
African Art Promotion (AAP)
Foundation African Art Promotion was founded to promote African art, mainly sculptures from Zimbabwe. Furthermore, AAP focuses on collecting and selling sculptures of various, starting artists. The 1000 sculptures they have in stock are made by more than 60 different artists.

'Het Gelders Palet'
'Het Gelders Palet' is a society of 100 (amateur) visual artists, who practise their arts together. They do this on special 'open workshop days' and during courses. They work with different materials and techniques.

The Platform BKW is an organisation that furthers the interests of artists living in or working in the city of Wageningen.
